Home Assistance Services can be utilized by the Insured up to a maximum of 3 times in a single policy year. For each use of the Home Assistance Services, Watania Takaful will cover the cost of the call-out, labor and materials which are necessary for the emergency repair (plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and glazing) in accordance with the individual Policy terms and conditions.

To book Airport Drop Off Services, please call 800035702829 (T&Cs apply)

Drop off to the airport is available from any chosen location within the UAE and the drop off shall be within the same city of residence. Therefore, if the request is from Abu Dhabi, then the drop off airport will be Abu Dhabi International Airport. The cover is available 24/7 and must be booked 48 hours in advance by the policyholder who must be travelling.
