Your role is to curate the best experience for Watania Mobile Apps users on both Android and iOS. Working as a part of the Customer Experience Team and collaborating closely with the product teams, you will measure and analyze how our users behave, shape the in-app experience and take part in the decision-making process regarding future directions for our apps. You will also become an integral member of our data-driven and user-focused team, ready to give support and share knowledge whenever needed. This role provides a platform for the successful candidate to contribute to the development of the organization while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Background
We Would Love to Work with You if You have:
- A degree in IT or Digital Marketing or analytics or related specialties.
- Up to 2 years of experience in digital analytics.
- Experience in mobile app analysis or market research or user testing.
- Ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and draw insights.
- Prior experience in data analysis and process optimization is a must.
- Customer Service experience and understanding of insurance industry is a plus.
Skills and Systems
- Experience in Google Analytics
- Excellent Google spreadsheets/Excel skills
- Experience in AB testing or statistics background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
- Interpret data analytics findings.
- Creating impactful, action-orientated performance reports and analysis of app usage, customer experience and findings.
- Provide inputs on current user experience and recommend improvements and updates.
- Manage back-end activities and liaise with the developer and other relevant parties to manage users’ requests, address feedback received and provide resolutions.
- Provide tailored reports to business teams via dedicated technology systems on monthly basis, and whenever required.
