Anyone who is a UAE national or has a UAE residence visa is eligible to apply for outbound cover., subject to certain age limits including 70 for single-trip cover and 65 for multi-trip cover.
Covid-19 cover is available up to the age of 75. Inbound cover is available up to the age of 80.
Policies cover you anywhere in the world outside the UAE.
Travel Program 1 covers:
- Medical expenses up to USD 500,000
- Personal accident up to USD 50,000
- Trip cancellation of up to USD 5,000
certificates for visitors to the UAE include emergency medical expenses up to AED 150,000. Some takaful certificates are available to anyone who is already in the country and some include Covid-19 cover.
